Normally, your order needs 1-3 days to be fulfilled before dispatching. After being dispatched, the package delivery usually takes between 7 and 10 business days.
We cooperate with smaller enterprises all around the world, so sometimes delays in shipping may happen and are hardly avoidable when a product needs to be restocked.
Many restocked or future products can be pre-ordered (or back-ordered). We will ship the products immediately when they come in stock. If you ordered more than one product, we may sometimes ship them in parts, if one has not arrived yet.
We will send you a confirmation message (containing the tracking ID) to your email or phone. Also, you can visit our tracking page. Either way, you are sure to follow your package and know when it will arrive! Sometimes, the tracking info needs 1-3 days to show.
You made an error with your address? Please write our customer support a message as soon as possible, for we are usually shipping an incoming order very quickly. Please note that you are fully responsible for providing a correct shipping address.
